Ate lunch with colleagues and editor after watching the media preview of DOOM. The movie is a mediocre fare. Something akin to Resident Evil but think, the Rock instead of Milla Jovovich - you get the picture. The lunch that followed was much worse. We headed down to Chopstick Noodle House in Midvalley and the food was overpriced, the service was a tad lacklustre and a colleague ordered a duck noodle which came with the duck but no noodle. When we approached the waitress and reminded her of the noodle, it arrived with duck in it. So we ended up getting a bill for a plate of roasted duck and a duck noodle. The captain was understanding enough to waive that extra plate of (wasted) duck off the bill but we're SO NOT IMPRESSED. Not really thinking of coming back, thanks
